Spencer J. Solove, CPA

Senior Manager of Tax Services

For nearly ten years Spencer Solove has helped clients maximize cash flow by identifying and accessing research and development tax credits. With experience spanning federal, state and local jurisdictions, he can be a valuable resource in this often-overlooked area.

In addition, Solove provides guidance and advice during IRS and state tax examinations with a goal of minimal disruptions to business operations.  He has prior Big Four experience and has worked with clients in a variety of industries, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.
