Steve Messing has more than 30 years of tax and real estate experience and has worked extensively with developers. Before joining Berkowitz Pollack Brant in 2005, Messing was a tax partner in a Big Four accounting firm for more than 20 years. During this time, he was partner in charge of the Southeast US and South Florida Real Estate practices, as well as the Southeast US Real Estate Tax Practice. In addition, he was partner in charge of the Miami Tax Department.
As a lawyer and CPA, Messing brings his clients a unique ability to solve problems and anticipate challenges. His work as an advisor and consultant has helped many entrepreneurs build their businesses into well-performing organizations.
In 2015 the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Miami program honored Messing as an alumni of distinction.
