He assists clients in all aspects of the tax cycle, beginning with nexus studies, tax mitigation strategy planning, entity restructuring, transaction planning and multistate tax analyses.

Richie also works closely with clients to resolve disputes with state tax authorities, helping them navigate complex audits, voluntary disclosure programs, refund claims, administrative protests and appeals.
