Professional Credentials

Our accountants are members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA). We are registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), a private-sector non-profit corporation created by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, to oversee the auditors of public companies in order to protect the interests of investors.
