- What if my bank doesn’t do SBA loans?
- We are planning to continue paying our team, but everyone will continue to work. We aren’t doing any furloughs. Do we still qualify?
- I am a new non profit so I don’t have a full 12 month to show . Donations did come in 2019. I do have 1 employee . Do I qualify to event get anything ?
- For purposes of loan forgiveness, please define “payroll related”. Do re-employment tax and healthcare costs calculate into payroll costs for purposes of the 75% forgivable?
- What banks are accepting application for non-account holders?
- Can banks deny accepting applications if you don’t have a loan or credit relationship with them?

- If our nonprofit organization is a start-up and we only have 1-3 employees, can we apply to this loan?

- What is the minimum number of employees on W2 needed to qualify?
- Non-profit with 22 employees leaded from a University. Salary and benefits are reimbutrsed by the university each month - we do not pay them directly.
- Do affiliations apply individulally or together? We have three separate 501 c 3 charties but share common Board and Officers. Each organization has 300 employees but when combined the total is 900.
- Has there been a Definition of "Private" 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations with regard to the Economic Injury Disaster Loan Program (EIDL)?
- What about a 501C3 that does not bring in revenue but we do have a payroll (Walk in free clinic).
- How do we answer the question on Ownership of a 501 (c) 3?
- Are churches eligible without 501(c)3 designation?
- Can we apply for forgiveness if we rehire all the employees we had to let go when it first hit?
- Can you apply for just the amount that you expect to be forgiven? or do you need to take out a loan for the 250% amount?

- Is there a provision to prove loss of income in order to qualify for loan forgiveness?
- On the OMB loan application the section for the loan amount shows average monthly payroll X 2.5. However, the purpose of the loan states payroll, rent, Mortgage interesr, utilities.
- can bank require us to fill out additional forms besides 2483?
- What year 941 or 990 - 2018 or 2019 or 2020 Q1
- If all of our staff is volunteers but we need funds to provide services, can we apply?
- Can we include new employees starting on 4/6?
- We have just hired new personnel, how can that be added for the loan amount.
- How about if you did not let go of people for "head count" --will it be forgiven as long as it stays the same?
- Many nonprofits use their budgets to make services free for their populations of service. For example, we serve low-income students and previously we were using funding for busing, student meals and teacher stipends. We are now adapting for development capacity, digital infrastructure growth and staff since school district has gone virtual. Is there any way to measure in-kind contributions by staff members who work full-time?
- What's the definition of FTE? (30 hours or 40 hours. Same definition as Affortable Care Act?)
- Under the PPP loan, do you foresee any constitutional challenges to paying clergy's salaries if included within the payroll expenses provided to obtain the loan and/or forgiven the loan?
- Is housing allowance included as other compensation under the PPP Loan?
- How do we include volunteers that we "pay" through their travel expenses on behalf of our outreach efforts.
- Should vacation pay be included in wages?
- Should payroll taxes be included in the calculation? How about workers' comp?
- What if you converted a 1099 to full time hire in the middle of the covered period?
- What happens if your payroll has increased significantly starting in 2020 because of new hires? So my current payroll is now higher than my 12 month average?
- Can salaries be more than 75% of amount forgiven?
- Is the salary number gross or net? Before taxes? With or without benefits?
- Is payroll based on specifc people or the nunber of people? We let someone go and hired a replacement during the covered period
- Does payroll include any bonuses paid during the year when calculating the average?
- Do only full-time employees count or do part time count as well?
- Are salaries over $100,000 completely excluded or just the part over $100,000?
- Do 1099s count? Consultants? Contract labor like custodial workers?
