Ezra Barides has more than 10 years of experience providing tax, accounting and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals and families in the real estate industry.

He specializes in real estate and partnership taxation, advising on complex real estate structures, entity planning and structuring, tax compliance, and the acquisition and disposition of assets. His experience also includes like-kind exchanges, tax deferral strategies, family office–style real estate matters and engagements involving international tax issues.
