Director of Tax Services

Michael Greenwald has more than 40 years of experience in public accounting. He provides consulting expertise to clients in the financial services, technology and media, manufacturing, wholesale distribution, private equity, real estate, construction and professional services industries.

By approaching client challenges with a long-range view, he brings a unique perspective and identifies opportunities. His guidance and sage advice have helped clients from early formation to fast-paced growth to eventual exit strategies.

A thought leader in the profession and an active volunteer with the AICPA, he is a frequently published author and public speaker.
