Mike Kaczka advises middle-market and high-growth organizations on strengthening accounting foundations and enhancing the quality, accuracy and reliability of financial reporting.

With a strong forensic advisory services background and a Big Four foundation, his experience includes improving close and reporting processes, strengthening technical accounting capabilities and enhancing management reporting. Kaczka works closely with CFOs and finance leaders on audit readiness, accounting process improvements and compliance matters, including complex transactions and new accounting standards. He also supports organizations through major accounting events, including transaction readiness, due diligence and post-acquisition integration.
