Patrick Duynstee

Director - Transaction Advisory Services

Patrick Duynstee has more than 25 years of experience, including a Big Four background, advising private equity firms, founder-led businesses and multinational organizations on complex domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. He works closely with deal teams and portfolio company management across the transaction lifecycle, including financial due diligence, carve-outs, value creation initiatives and post-acquisition integration.

His work spans business services, construction, technology, health care, retail and consumer products, utilities, oil and gas and industrials, with transactions across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. He specializes in quality of earnings, gross margin and cost accounting analysis, purchase price allocation support, working capital optimization and value creation initiatives such as synergy identification and process improvement.
