Senior Director of Forensic and Advisory Services

Richard Pollack is a director in the firm’s Forensic and Advisory Services practice. For more than 35 years he has served as a litigation consultant, expert witness, court-appointed expert, forensic accountant and forensic investigator.

Pollack’s team has assisted bankruptcy courts, the SEC, municipalities, school boards, government agencies, the FBI and numerous other entities in proving or defending against allegations using a range of forensic and investigative techniques.

As an expert witness he has testified in both federal and state courts. Pollack is a frequent presenter and panel moderator at legal and professional conferences. He is co-author of Calculating Lost Profits, an AICPA practice guide that is used by his peers as well as judges.
