Gregory Meisse, CPA

Gregory Meisse has nearly a decade of experience delivering audit and assurance services to publicly traded and privately held companies across a range of industries, including manufacturing, automotive, health care and distribution.

Meisse specializes in SEC and PCAOB audits, financial statement preparation and technical accounting issues. These include lease accounting under ASC 842 and IFRS 16, revenue recognition under ASC 606, and business combinations under ASC 805. He has led audit engagements for clients reporting under both U.S. GAAP and IFRS.
