Associate Director of Tax Services

Kelly Berchtold has nearly 15 years of experience delivering tailored international tax compliance, consulting and advisory services to a range of clients across sectors, including individuals, high-growth emerging companies, privately owned business, and large multinational enterprises.

She advises companies and international private clients on tax planning decisions, including the potential short- and long-term considerations and consequences of tax planning decisions and their related reporting requirements for U.S. tax purposes.

Berchtold focus includes U.S. international tax matters, including U.S. foreign-related information reporting requirements with respect to cross-border transactions and investments, tax attribute management, foreign tax credit computations, and tax planning issues.

A frequent speaker at tax industry events and webcasts, she has clients with operations on six continents.
