Mike Conkey has more than 25 years of experience in CFO and controller roles, primarily focusing on real estate and construction-related entities. He has strong operations acumen coupled with a deep knowledge of accounting, finance and process protocols that help clients avoid unexpected results.

His design of controls and processes allow executives and decisionmakers to reduce the risk of inaccurate profit and cash flow projections and minimize ineffective management and employee actions.
