Mitchell Cohen, CPA

With more than 25 years of experience, Mitchell Cohen assists clients—including companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100—with SEC filings, public and private debt and equity offerings fillings and complex accounting matters.

Cohen focuses his practice on revenue recognition, impairment analysis, mergers and acquisitions, lease accounting, stock-based compensation, equity instruments, derivatives, goodwill and intangible assets and inventory valuation and management, including cost accounting.

Having previously served as CFO, controller and director of financial reporting, he possesses extensive knowledge of the nuances of financial management, regulatory compliance and strategic planning and serves as a valuable asset to clients.
