Berkowitz Pollack Brant Promotes 3 to Director

Berkowitz Pollack Brant Advisors + CPAs today announced it promoted three professionals to directors of the firm.

Sarah Gaymon, CPA, was promoted to director of Tax Services. She focuses her practice on helping entrepreneurs and high-net-worth families plan for tax-efficient wealth preservation and multi-generational wealth transfers, both domestically and internationally.

Active in the local community, she is president of the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) Greater South Florida Chapter and the Executive Women of the Palm Beaches, chair of the Palm Beach County Estate Planning Council’s Diversity Committee and a member of the American Cancer Society’s Palm Beach County Associate Board of Ambassadors. Gaymon earned a master’s degree in tax and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from St. John’s University.

Joseph C. Leuchter, CPA, was promoted to director of Tax Services, where he helps individuals and businesses grow wealth and profits while maintaining tax efficiency and compliance. He focuses on complex partnership structures in the real estate space. Leuchter is a member of the Miami Children’s Museum board of directors and holds a master’s degree in accounting and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the College of William and Mary.

Pedro L. Porras, CPA, was promoted to director of International Tax Services, where he provides income- and estate-tax planning and advisory services to domestic and foreign families and closely held businesses with international operations. His experience focuses on pre-immigration planning and structuring cross-border investments for maximum tax efficiency. Porras has a master’s degree in taxation and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Florida International University.
