Joseph Leocata has nearly 15 years of experience representing and advising clients in federal, state and local tax controversy matters.

Leocata works closely with high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, corporations and not-for-profit organizations on tax matters involving income, sales and use, payroll, estate and gift, international information reporting penalties and procedure, tax-exempt and residency tax issues.
